Topic: Repentance
Sin causes static & an odor when we are trying
to tune into God. One way to clear up the static/odor is to confess our
sins. James 5:16 Confess your faults one to another...
Pride, prejudice, unforgiveness, self- pity, anger,
lust, selfishness, jealousy, lying, and lukewarm spirituality are all scents
that sin leaves & causes static on the line. When we wonder if God hears us
we must first check our frequency, confess of our sins allow (Isaiah 1:15)
God to clear up our airwaves. Think of going on a date or VIP access to our favorite
celebrity. We make sure we are freshly showered we look great & smell
great. What more for our Heavenly Father? He is the OWNER of Heaven &
Earth (Gen 14:19)! Allow God to cleanse us that we may have his aroma.
Lets admit our guilt remove the static & get clean for God!!
