Today's Inspiration ๐Ÿ™Œ
Don't be Afraid ๐Ÿ˜ณ

Whatever you are going through God is saying it's alright don't be afraid ๐Ÿ˜ฑ . When the wind ๐Ÿ’จ is blowing in your life, when the seas are churning, and your boat ๐Ÿšฃ is rocking, Jesus is saying "It's me. It's all right. Don't be afraid."

John 6:16-21 (NLT)
That evening Jesus’ disciples went down to the shore to wait for him. But as darkness fell and Jesus still hadn’t come back, they got into the boat and headed across the lake toward Capernaum. Soon a gale swept down upon them, and the sea grew very rough. They had rowed three or four miles when suddenly they saw Jesus walking on the water toward the boat. They were terrified, but he called out to them, “Don’t be afraid. I am here!” Then they were eager to let him in the boat, and immediately they arrived at their destination!

Stretch out you arm and allow Jesus to board and he will get you to your destination.

Be blessed and know that Jesus ๐Ÿ’• loves you!

Today's Motivation ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ™Œ

When God ๐Ÿ—ฃ calls us to do something greater why do we consider our qualifications before we consider the One ☝️ who created us. If anyone knows what we can do it is the Lord.

God appeared to Moses in a burning ๐Ÿ”ฅbush that wasn't consumed. God instructed Moses to go to Pharaoh and lead the people out of captivity.

Exodus 3:10-11 (NLT) Now go, for I am sending you to Pharaoh. You must lead my people Israel out of Egypt.” But Moses protested to God, “Who am I to appear before Pharaoh? Who am I to lead the people of Israel out of Egypt?”

Just like Moses when God sends us on a mission we begin to protest by evaluating our qualifications instead of recognizing we serve the King ๐Ÿ‘‘. We serve God Almighty, Alpha and Omega, we serve the Most High God. If the Most High Creator, Commander and Chief sends us on a mission the only answer we should have is yes Lord!

There is nothing and no one more powerful ๐Ÿ’ชthan our God. Why do we fear ๐Ÿ˜’ or doubt ๐Ÿ˜•God's power when we are living proof of miracles?

Exodus 3:12 (NLT) God answered, “I will be with you. And this is your sign that I am the one who has sent you: When you have brought the people out of Egypt, you will worship ๐Ÿ™Œ God at this very mountain.”

Know that if God sent you. God will be with you. Moses faced opposition but that did not stop ✋๐Ÿพ his mission. God is with us to prepare a way and fight ๐Ÿ‘Š for us. It does not mean we won't face opposition it just means when we do, don't fear, give it God.

Do not quit until the mission is complete. God sent you and God is with you.

Be blessed and know that Jesus loves ๐Ÿ’ž you!

Today's Inspiration ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ™

Sometimes we feel that we are at a dead end ๐Ÿ”š with people, places, or things. Sometimes we prematurely to give up by focusing on our problems instead of our God.

God can raise our dead ⚰️ situation.

Luke 7:12 (NLT)
A funeral procession was coming out as he approached the village gate. The young man who had died was a widow’s only son, and a large crowd from the village was with her.

Luke 7:13-14 (NLT)
When the Lord saw her, his heart overflowed with compassion. “Don’t cry!” he said. Then he walked over to the coffin and touched it, and the bearers stopped. “Young man,” he said, “I tell you, get up.”

She was a widow and her son had died. Sometimes we feel as if we have lost everything. One ๐Ÿ—ฃ word from the Lord could change our dead situation. One touch from the Lord could heal our body, marriage, loved ones, job, etc

Luke 7:15 (NLT)
Then the dead boy sat up and began to talk! And Jesus gave him back to his mother.

Don't focus on crying ๐Ÿ˜ญ over what appears to be dead ⚰️. Give it to God with faith and allow God to be God. Don't give up. Fight ๐Ÿ’ช the good fight of faith. Believe and never doubt. It's not over until God says it's over.

Together with God we win ๐Ÿ†!

Be blessed and know that Jesus loves ๐Ÿ’žyou!

Today's Prayer ๐Ÿ™
Psalms 86 (NLT)
Bend down, O Lord, and hear my prayer ๐Ÿ™; answer me, for I need your help. Protect me, for I am devoted to ๐Ÿ‘†you. Save me, for I serve you and trust you. You are my God. Be merciful to me, O Lord, for I am calling on you constantly.

Give me ๐Ÿ˜ƒhappiness, O Lord, for I give myself to you. O Lord, you are so good, so ready to forgive, so full of unfailing love ❤️ for all who ask for your help.

Listen closely to my prayer ๐Ÿ™ , O Lord; hear my urgent cry ๐Ÿ˜ญ. I will call to you whenever I’m in trouble, and you will answer me. No pagan god is like you, O Lord. None can do what you do! All the nations you made will come and bow before you, Lord; they will praise ๐Ÿ™Œ your holy name. For you are great and perform wonderful deeds.

You alone are God. Teach me your ways, O Lord, that I may live according to your truth!
Grant me purity of heart ❤️ , so that I may honor you. With all my heart I will praise you, O Lord my God. I will give glory to your name forever, for your love for me is very great. You have rescued me from the depths of death.

But you, O Lord, are a God of compassion and mercy, slow to get angry and filled with unfailing love and faithfulness. Look down and have mercy on me. Give your strength ๐Ÿ’ช to your servant; save me, the son of your servant.
O Lord, help and comfort me.

Be blessed and know that Jesus loves ๐Ÿ’ž you!

Today's Inspiration ๐Ÿค—๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿค

Success is an inside job. When we focus on God we always win even when it looks grim!

Psalms 25:14-15 (MSG)
God-friendship is for God-worshipers; They are the ones he confides in. If I keep my eyes on God, I won't trip over my own feet.

Most of our mistakes comes from the decisions we make. If we focus on God our problems would subside. Our focus would change our priorities would be rearranged. Our issues would become opportunities and our test would end in testimonies.

Jesus is the best friend we could ever have. The benefits are endless. He never leaves you defenseless and His support is tremendous.

Be blessed and know that Jesus loves๐Ÿ’ž you!

Today's Motivation ๐ŸŽš๐Ÿค’

What is your temperature?
Do you adjust your thermostat to ensure you are at the right temperature of faith?

When it's cold ❄️outside we turn up the heat. When it's hot ๐Ÿ”ฅoutside we turn up the air. We are constantly adjusting the thermostat in response to the climate.

We know what the temperature it needs to be for maximum effectiveness. Do we adjust our faith thermostat when our environment changes? Our circumstances are not going to change unless our faith changes. We have to adjust our faith for maximum effectiveness.

If it's freezing in our homes the temperature will not change unless we adjust the heat.  When our needs change our faith needs to be adjusted. When trials come we have to go to our thermostat and turn up our faith. God respects faith!

Matthew 8:6-8 (NLT)
“Lord, my young servant lies in bed, paralyzed and in terrible pain.” Jesus said, “I will come and heal him.” But the officer said, “Lord, I am not worthy to have you come into my home. Just say the word from where you are, and my servant will be healed.

Matthew 8:10 (NLT)
When Jesus heard this, he was amazed. Turning to those who were following him, he said, “I tell you the truth, I haven’t seen faith like this in all Israel!

When our prayers ๐Ÿ™ go up they are sorted by ๐Ÿ’Œ priority. The priority prayers are those sealed with faith. Will Jesus say "I haven't seen faith like this?"

If we mail ๐Ÿ“ฌ a letter ๐Ÿ“ฉ without a stamp it's returned.

When we pray without faith it gets returned.  We are blessed according to our faith.

Matthew 8:13 (NLT)
Then Jesus said to the Roman officer, “Go back home. Because you believed, it has happened.” And the young servant was healed that same hour.

God sees our faith, God hears our faith, and God answers according to our faith.

Without faith it is impossible to please God. Adjust your thermostat. Pray ๐Ÿ™ and believe, ask God to remove any unbelief or doubt from your heart ❤️.

Be blessed and know that Jesus loves ๐Ÿ’ž you!

Today's Declaration ๐Ÿ“œ

The first time the word love ❣ is mentioned in the bible it is referring to food. Gen 27:4

Genesis 27:4 (KJV)
And make me savoury meat๐Ÿ—, such as I love, and bring it to me, that I may eat; that my soul may bless thee before I die.

The second time love is mentioned it relates to a man serving time for a woman ๐Ÿ™‹ he loved.

Genesis 29:20 (KJV)
And Jacob served seven years for Rachel; and they seemed unto him but a few days, for the love he had to her.

The third time love is mentioned it relates to a woman having a baby ๐Ÿ‘ถ to gain her husband's ๐Ÿ’• love.

Genesis 29:32 (KJV)
And Leah conceived, and bare a son, and she called his name Reuben: for she said, Surely the Lord hath looked upon my affliction; now therefore my husband will love ๐Ÿ’“ me.

The 4th time love is mentioned it relates to  ๐Ÿ™Œ God's mercy on those that love ๐Ÿ’ž him.

Exodus 20:6 (KJV)
And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my ๐Ÿ“œcommandments.

In life similar to the bible. We love food ๐Ÿ•๐ŸŒญ๐Ÿ” and people ๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿ‘ง๐Ÿ‘ฆ before we love God. We look for ways to gain love from others before we look for ways to love God. Loving God is keeping his commandments. The commandments were given because God first ๐Ÿ’ loved us.

God loved us before he made us. He ๐ŸŒฌbreathed life into us. We are and extension of the Most High Creator and sin is the ultimate separator. The wages ๐Ÿ’ธ of sin ☠ are death ⚰ but God's love is life to keep us from unnecessary strife!๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿพ

Be blessed and know that Jesus ๐Ÿ’ž loves you!

Today's Inspiration ๐ŸŽถ๐Ÿค—

Living in Christ means dying to sin. When we are in Jesus sin no longer has a grip ๐Ÿ”“on us.

We are an instrument ๐ŸŽธ for the Lord. If we are not careful we will allow our instruments ๐ŸŽป to be played for sin.

What tunes are we playing? Every moment of our lives are melodies ๐ŸŽถ. The melody depends on who we allow to play our tunes?

Romans 6:12-13 (NLT)
Do not let sin control the way you live; do not give in to sinful desires. Do not let any part of your body become an instrument of evil to serve sin. Instead, give yourselves completely to God, for you were dead, but now you have new life. So use your whole body as an instrument ๐ŸŽธ to do what is right for the glory of God.

Our ways are not God's ways. What we feel is good and what God deems IS good may not be the same unless we are moving according to the Holy Spirit.

Don't be an instrument ๐ŸŽธ for the devil ๐Ÿ‘น by allowing your thoughts ๐Ÿ’ญ,words๐Ÿ—ฃ, or actions ๐Ÿ•ด๐Ÿปto play a melody of sin.

Allow Jesus to use your instrument ๐ŸŽธ for God's glory ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿพ. We are a part of a wonderful symphony when Jesus is our conductor. He sets the tempo to our life and we perform a masterpiece in His heavenly orchestra to play out in God's theater, in this temporary playground called life.

Think about who and what you allow to blow your horn ๐ŸŽท, play your strings๐ŸŽป, or beat your drums ๐Ÿฅ.  You are and instrument and you were designed to only play for the Lord!

Be blessed and know that Jesus loves ๐Ÿ’ž you!

Today's Motivation ๐Ÿ‘‚๐Ÿ‘†๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿพ

Listen ๐Ÿ‘‚!
Why call ๐Ÿ—ฃon the Lord but ignore ๐Ÿ™‰God's instructions? It sounds crazy but we do this all the time. Some of us have one way communication with the Lord. Here me, save me, give me.......

Luke 6:46 (NLT) Building on a Solid Foundation
“So why do you keep calling me ‘Lord, Lord!’ when you don’t do what I say?

We have to change our posture from receiving to giving? We have to find ourselves working where God wants us, we have to find ourselves serving where God sends us and God will supply our needs.

Luke 6:38 (NLT) Give, and you will receive. Your gift will return to you in full—pressed down, shaken together to make room for more, running over, and poured into your lap. The amount you give will determine the amount you get back.”

When we call on the Lord AND follow God's instructions our foundation will be strong ๐Ÿ’ช.

Luke 6:48 (NLT)
It is like a person building a house ๐Ÿก who digs deep and lays the foundation on solid rock. When the floodwaters rise and break against that house, it stands firm because it is well built.

A strong foundation will stand when problems come. Being in Jesus does not mean we escape problems it just means when they come we won't fall out in a temper tantrum saying God why me? We will say why not me? We will say I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me. We will say there is nothing to hard for my God. We will say though I walk through the fire ๐Ÿ”ฅ I will not be burned.

Changing our posture from complaining to listening ๐Ÿ‘‚ and following ๐Ÿ‘‰ God's instructions will give us strength ๐Ÿ’ช for the storm ⛈. It will give us peace in the valley and most importantly we will live our purpose driven lives.

Be blessed and know that Jesus loves ๐Ÿ’žyou!

Today's Inspiration ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿพ

What is in your heart ❤️?

One of the most important prayers is to ask God to show you yourself. It is a mature prayer ๐Ÿ™. You have to be prepared to deal with what God shows you.

Luke 6:43-44 (NLT) The Tree and Its Fruit
“A good tree ๐ŸŒฒ can’t produce bad fruit, and a bad tree can’t produce good fruit. A tree is identified by its fruit. Figs are never gathered from thornbushes, and grapes are not picked from bramble bushes.

We are what we produce. We have to take inventory and ask ourselves what are we producing?

Luke 6:45 (NLT)
A good person ๐Ÿ˜‡produces good things from the treasury of a good heart, and an evil ๐Ÿ‘นperson produces evil things from the treasury of an evil heart. What you say ๐Ÿ—ฃflows from what is in your heart ๐Ÿ’.

Do your words ๐Ÿ—ฃproduce life ๐Ÿ˜ƒor death ๐Ÿ’€ ? Do your ๐Ÿ—ฃwords show love ๐Ÿ˜or disdain๐Ÿ™„? Do your ๐Ÿ—ฃwords encourage ๐Ÿค—or discourage๐Ÿ˜ฅ?
Do your ๐Ÿ—ฃwords empower ๐Ÿ˜‰ or reject ๐Ÿ˜ช?

Ask Jesus ๐Ÿ‘†to show ๐Ÿ‘‰ you your fruit because true change first begins within. You may think you are bitter or sweet but ask Jesus what Jesus sees. If you are constantly praying for God to change someone's heart, first ask to see your heart.

Be blessed and know that Jesus loves ๐Ÿ’ž you!

Today's Motivation ๐Ÿค๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™Œ

Love your enemies ๐Ÿ‘น

We have to see God in everything. Our enemies have a purpose. Mostly they draw us closer to The Lord as they keep us on our knees ๐Ÿ™Œ!They also mature us and help us with our soft skills. They teach us how to deal with conflict and manage our frustrations. They will also bring out qualities in us ๐Ÿ˜ณ we may need to improve.

We grow tremendously when we are confronted with difficult ☹️ people.

Jesus wants us to love them and look at the process from an aerial view. We will not master conflict unless we are faced with conflict. We will not understand how to love ❤️ our enemies unless we have enemies.

Loving someone who hates you takes the love of ๐Ÿ‘†Christ. When we draw closer to Christ He softens our hearts ๐Ÿ’• and teaches us how to love. God removes, malice, hurt ๐Ÿ˜ญ, and anger ๐Ÿ˜ก from our hearts ๐Ÿ’• and replaces it with pure love.

Luke 6:27-28 (NLT) Love for Enemies
“But to you who are willing to listen, I say, love your enemies! Do good to those who hate you. Bless those who curse you. Pray for those who hurt you.

Open your heart ❤️. Ask God to help you love your enemies.

Luke 6:32 (NLT)
“If you love only those who love you, why should you get credit for that? Even sinners love those who love them!

Luke 6:35 (NLT)
“Love your enemies! Do good to them. Lend to them without expecting to be repaid. Then your reward from heaven will be very great, and you will truly be acting as children of the Most High, for he is kind to those who are unthankful and wicked.

Don't gossip ๐Ÿ—ฃ or complain about your enemies. God calls us to pray ๐Ÿ™ for them. Pray with a sincere heart ❤️.

Be blessed and know that Jesus loves ๐Ÿ’ž you!

Today's Motivation ๐Ÿค—๐Ÿ˜‡

Loving ๐Ÿ’“God but lost your way...

Sometimes we lose our way even when we have served the Lord. Sometimes we become distracted by life. Sometimes we engage in activities that grieve the Holy Spirit.

When we decide to turn back to the ๐Ÿ‘‰ Lord we must remember that God is Holy, Righteous but most importantly Merciful. We should not waste time punishing ๐Ÿ˜” ourselves. God and God alone is our judge.

David lost his way. He found himself in exile while he was king ๐Ÿ‘‘. Shimei began to curse David and his soldiers wanted to kill Shimei.

David allowed Shimei to curse him as he knew the Lord had allowed it. Despite the situation David remembered God's faithfulness. He focused his mind and heart on the Lord in the midst of being humiliated.

2 Samuel 16:5-7 (NLT) Shimei Curses David
As King David came to Bahurim, a man came out of the village cursing them. It was Shimei son of Gera, from the same clan as Saul’s family. He threw stones at the king and the king’s officers and all the mighty warriors who surrounded him. “Get out of here, you murderer, you scoundrel!” he shouted at David.

Don't allow curses ☠️ or humiliation to discourage you when turning back to the Lord.

2 Samuel 16:11-12 (NLT)
.......Leave him alone and let him curse, for the Lord has told him to do it. And perhaps the Lord will see that I am being wronged and will bless me because of these curses today.”

We have to see God in every situation. We have to always believe God. We have to remember God is faithful.

If you find yourself off track. Repent, turn to God, and ask for forgiveness. Don't get distracted by naysayers just keep your eyes and your heart ❤️ on Jesus.

Jesus is in the blessing business and when we repent and do what is right in the sight of the Lord, Jesus will bless!

Be blessed and know that Jesus loves ๐Ÿ’ž you!

Today's Inspiration ๐Ÿค—๐Ÿ˜‡๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ™Œ

When we decide to love ❤️ the Lord we are immediately added to HIS VIP๐Ÿ’ฏ list. Some of us want the benefits without the commitment.

There are some benefits that only come with commitment to the Lord. When we decide to love ❤️ the Lord, God provides His secret service to protect us.

Psalms 91:9-12 (NLT)
If you make the Lord your refuge, if you make the Most High your shelter, no evil will conquer you; no plague will come near your home ๐Ÿก.
For he will order his angels to protect you wherever you go. They will hold you up with their hands so you won’t even hurt your foot on a stone.

When we decide to to Love ๐Ÿ’— the Lord our prayers ๐Ÿ™ reach Jesus quicker than express mail๐Ÿ’Œ.

Psalms 91:14-16 (NLT)
The Lord says, “I will rescue those who love ❤️ me. I will protect๐Ÿ‘ฎ those who trust in my name. When they call ☎️on me, I will answer; I will be with them in trouble. I will rescue and honor them. I will reward ๐Ÿ† them with a long life and give them my salvation.”

Love is action, when we love God we trust and have faith in God. When we love ❤️ God we believe and follow His instructions.

God promises to protect us when we set our hearts ๐Ÿ’• towards Him. When God gives instructions and we do the opposite we are outside of His protection. We cannot have both. We cannot say we love ๐Ÿ‘‰God but follow our own ๐Ÿ‘ˆ direction.

We cannot work for American Airlines and receive Southwest benefits. We can like Southwest's employee plan and believe in their values but until we switch employers and follow Southwest's handbook we will never receive Southwest benefits.

That is just an example, some of us say we love Jesus but we are not committed ๐Ÿ’”to God and when things happen in our lives we are quick to blame God, when we have not followed Him or loved Him, we have only used Him.

Psalms 91:1-2 (NLT)
Those who live in the shelter of the Most High will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty. This I declare about the Lord: He ALONE is my refuge, my place of safety; he is my God, and I trust ๐Ÿค him.

Love ❤️ the Lord. Trust ๐Ÿค God and begin to experience God's promises.

Be blessed and know that Jesus loves ๐Ÿ’ž you!

Today's Inspiration ๐Ÿ˜‡๐Ÿ™Œ

We have had a lot of exams in our lives. Some we passed ๐Ÿ’ฏsome we needed a do over ๐Ÿ”„. The most important test is our hearts ❤️ showing our love for the Lord.

If God examined our heart would He find a heart ❤️ dedicated to Him?

Psalms 26:2-3 (NIV)
Test me, Lord, and try me, examine my heart ❤️ and my mind๐Ÿ™‡; for I have always been mindful of your unfailing love and have lived in reliance on your faithfulness.

We have to rely on the Lord๐Ÿ‘†. This life is temporary. Don't allow another day to pass without complete love and dedication to the Lord.

Psalms 26:6-8 (NIV) I wash my hands in innocence, and go about your altar, Lord, proclaiming aloud your praise and telling of all your wonderful deeds. Lord, I love the house where you live, the place where your glory dwells.

Search your heart today๐Ÿ’.  When Jesus unwraps it be sure He will see His reflection, and unwavering Love ❤️ and faithfulness๐Ÿค—.

If you search ๐Ÿ”Ž and there is any doubt ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿฝ♀️give your heart ๐Ÿ’”to the Lord.

Be blessed and know that Jesus loves ๐Ÿ’“you.

Today's Motivation ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ’ช✍๐Ÿฝ

There will be times doing good ๐Ÿ˜Š will cause people to hate you. You have to remember to stay the ⛳️ course. Don't get discouraged or distracted because of haters.

Luke 6:7 (NIV) The Pharisees and the teachers of the law were looking for a reason to accuse Jesus, so they watched ๐Ÿ•ต️ him closely to see if he would heal on the Sabbath.

Jesus healed on the Sabbath and the Pharisees  were so angry ๐Ÿ˜ก they began plot against Him.

Luke 6:9-11 (NIV) Then Jesus said to them, “I ask you, which is lawful on the Sabbath: to do good or to do evil, to save life or to destroy it?”
He looked around at them all, and then said to the man, “Stretch out your hand.” He did so, and his hand was completely restored.
But the Pharisees and the teachers of the law were furious ๐Ÿ˜ก and began to discuss with one another what they might do to Jesus.

If Jesus had haters ๐Ÿคฅ๐Ÿ˜พ we will too. Continue to do what is right in the eyes of the Lord and don't worry about people. God will take care of the people.

Psalms 81:14-15 (MSG)
I'll make short work of your enemies, give your foes the back of my hand. I'll send the God-haters cringing like dogs, never to be heard from again.

Be blessed and know that Jesus loves ๐Ÿ’“ you!

Tonight's Light Delight ๐Ÿ™

God has enemies๐Ÿ‘น. Are we praying against the enemies of the Lord?

We have to be spiritually sensitive to agendas that are against God and the Kingdom of God and pray with fervor against them. We cannot come into agreement or acceptance with spiritual wickedness.

King ๐Ÿ‘‘ David boldly prayed ๐Ÿ™ against the enemies of the Lord and the enemies of the Kingdom of God. King ๐Ÿ‘‘ David prayed for the destruction of God's enemies until they acknowledged and respected God's authority.

Psalms 83:15-18 (MSG)
Knock the breath right out of them, so they're gasping for breath, gasping, "God." Bring them to the end of their rope, and leave them there dangling, helpless.
Then they'll learn your name: "God," the one and only High God on earth.

Pray for God's Kingdom and pray against anything contrary to the will or move of God.

Be blessed and know that Jesus loves ๐Ÿ’“ you!

Inspiration

Today's Inspiration ๐Ÿ˜‡๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ™Œ

If everything we need comes from God, waiting wouldn't be hard because our focus would be on God. When our focus shifts from God to self ๐Ÿ™‹ or the world ๐ŸŒŽ that is when we notice we are waiting ⏳.

When we focus on God we recognize every moment God is perfecting something in us or around us.

When we focus on Jesus we are aware of God's glory in every moment of our lives.

Waiting isn't waiting when we are ๐Ÿ™‹♂️ serving!

Waiting isn't waiting when we are following ๐Ÿ’ƒ Christ.

Waiting is waiting when we take our eyes ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿฝ♀️ off of Jesus!

Psalms 62:1 (MSG)
God, the one and only— I'll wait as long as he says. Everything I need comes from him,
so why not?

Everything we need for this moment and every other moment comes from God. We have to focus our hearts ๐Ÿ’• and minds on the Lord.

Don't get off course ⛳️ looking around. Stay focused on God! God is our Rock. He is our Fortress. He is our Provider, our Deliverer, and our Sanctifier. There is Nothing in this world ๐ŸŒŽ we should need, want, or desire outside of God.

Psalms 62:2 (MSG) He's solid rock under my feet, breathing room for my soul, An impregnable castle: I'm set for life.

You are set for life in Jesus Christ. Walk in victory!

Be blessed and know that Jesus loves ๐Ÿ’žyou!

Today's Motivation ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™Œ

Can God see your faith? Many of us have requests and prayers to God but does He see our faith ๐Ÿ™or our doubts?
Does is see our faith or our fear๐Ÿ˜ง?
Does he see our faith or our unbelief.

Faith is the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not seen. Where is our evidence๐Ÿ•ต️? When Jesus shows up does He see evidence of our faith or does he see fear and doubt. Everyone has been given a measure of faith but have we pawned it for 15 pieces of doubt๐Ÿ˜, 30 pieces of fear๐Ÿ˜ฎ, and 20 pieces of shame๐Ÿ˜”?

Where is our evidence๐Ÿ•ต๐Ÿฝ♀️? Where is our faith?
Are you one of little faith or one that God says your faith has made you whole?

Luke 5:18-19 (MSG)
Some men arrived carrying a paraplegic on a stretcher. They were looking for a way to get into the house and set him before Jesus.
When they couldn't find a way in because of the crowd, they went up on the roof, removed some tiles, and let him down in the middle of everyone, right in front of Jesus.

Luke 5:20 (MSG)
Impressed by their bold belief, he said, "Friend, I forgive your sins."
Luke 5:20 (KJV)
And when he saw their faith, he said unto him, Man, thy sins are forgiven thee.

Luke 5:24-25 (MSG)
.....He now spoke directly to the paraplegic: "Get up. Take your bedroll and go home." Without a moment's hesitation, he did it—got up, took his blanket, and left for home, giving glory to God all the way.

God is looking for believers๐Ÿ™‹♂️๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿฝ. God wants us whole. We have have to believe that God is God and go to Jesus without a doubt.

Where is your evidence๐Ÿ•ต️? Can God see ๐Ÿ‘€your faith?

Be blessed and know that Jesus loves ๐Ÿ’ž you!

New Year

Today's Motivation New Year edition

Luke 5:32 (KJV)
I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.

Following God requires a repentant heart ❤️.  It requires us to turn away from ๐Ÿ™…sin and turn ๐Ÿ™‹♂️towards God. Sin and God are polar opposites.
When we follow God we are turned ๐Ÿ™…♂️away from sin.
When we sin we turn our backs ๐Ÿคฆ♀️ to God.

Every time we turn our backs ๐Ÿšถ♀️to God we have to repent to follow Him again. We have to change our direction, change our mind, ask for forgiveness, and follow Christ.

We often convince ourselves we can follow God and sin. When we sin we are not following God. God is in the opposite direction. When we sin we have taken a detour ⚠️ from God. When we sin we stop trusting God. When we sin we grieve the Holy Spirit. When we sin we open ourselves up to the consequences of sin. When we sin we are playing Russian roulette๐Ÿ”ซ with our lives hoping God will clear the barrel while we pull the trigger. Practicing sin is equivalent to having suicidal tendencies.

Romans 6:22-23 (MSG)
But now that you've found you don't have to listen to sin tell you what to do, and have discovered the delight of listening ๐Ÿ‘‚ to God telling you, what a surprise! A whole, healed, put-together life right now, with more and more of life on the way!
Work hard for sin your whole life and your pension is death ๐Ÿ’€ . But God's gift ๐ŸŽ is real life, eternal life, delivered by Jesus, our Master.

Don't get caught on a detour⚠️. Repent and turn to God. Ask for forgiveness, follow Christ and experience the promised abundant life.

Be blessed and know that Jesus loves ๐Ÿ’ž you!
