Today's Inspiration ❣️☀️

What percentage of time do we spend seeking the Lord? We have 10,080 minutes in a week.

How many minutes do we spend worshipping, praying, seeking, acknowledging, reading, or talking to the Lord?

There is only one that wakes us, feeds us, clothes, and protects us.

There is only one ☝️ who can save us.

Where are we investing our time?

Jeremiah 2:11-13 (NLT)
Has any nation ever traded its gods for new ones, even though they are not gods at all?
Yet my people have exchanged their glorious God for worthless idols!
The heavens are shocked at such a thing
and shrink back in horror and dismay,”
says the Lord.
“For my people have done two evil things:
They have abandoned me—the fountain of living water. And they have dug for themselves cracked cisterns that can hold no water at all!

We have a glorious God. Don't trade Him for selfies 🀳, selfish desires, anger, stubbornness, resentment, unforgivenes, bitterness, sex, drugs, work, people, relationships, kids, TV, social media, or anything else that separates us from the Lord.

Anything that we value more than serving the Lord is a god in our lives and therefore we have traded the true and living God for a worthless idol.

Don't abandon Jesus. Seek the Lord in all things, at all times, and He will direct your path and make your way straight.

There is no better investment than spending time with the Lord. The blessings of the Lord makes us rich and adds no sorrow.

Be blessed and know that Jesus loves ❣️ you!

Today's Inspiration πŸ“–πŸ’žπŸ€—

The word of God provides direction and protection. The ways of the world are often contrary the word of God.

If not careful, we could find ourselves trying to compromise the word of God to fit our lifestyles. When we compromise the word of God we will likely despise the word when we don't agree.

Proverbs 13:13 (AMPC)
Whoever despises the word and counsel [of God] brings destruction upon himself, but he who [reverently] fears and respects the commandment [of God] is rewarded.

Fear the Lord and obey His commands and be rewarded.

We have a choice. Choose wisely!

Be blessed and know that Jesus loves πŸ’ž you!

Don't be afraid to live your dreams. God has given us vision and provision. We just have to say yes to faith and no to fear.

Proverbs 13:12-13 (NLT)
Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a dream fulfilled is a tree of life.

God has given us dreams to be fulfilled not concealed.  Your tree will provide shade and substance to someone else. They can't receive their deliverance until you say yes.

Say yes to be blessed. Walk in faith and don't stress. God's got your tree of success. He is simply waiting on your yes!

Be blessed and know that Jesus loves πŸ’ž you!

Today's Inspiration ☀️πŸ€—❣️

When God gives us a charge or a vision we should be bold and fearless in executing what God has given us.

Jeremiah 1:18-19 (NLT)
For see, today I have made you strong like a fortified city that cannot be captured, like an iron pillar or a bronze wall. You will stand against the whole land— the kings, officials, priests, and people of Judah. They will fight you, but they will fail. For I am with you, and I will take care of you. I, the Lord, have spoken!”

God has made us a fortified city! When God is for us who could be against us?

We will face opposition when we rest in the Lord. We have to know the opposer will fail. Fear is directly related to our beliefs.

If we believe a bear is dangerous, we will likely run or hide if the bear is loose. Conversely, if we are at the zoo and we see a caged bear we will likely stand and watch. The bear is still dangerous. The difference is we believed in the cage.

It's the same with our belief in God. If we believe God is our cage and is protecting us we will faith in His protection and not fear in the situation.

Stay in Jesus. Seek God continually.

Be blessed and know that Jesus loves πŸ’ž you!

Today's Inspiration πŸ€—πŸ˜˜

We live in a world where we want what we want when we want it. Some of us can be immovable or stubborn when it comes to our wants.

When we find ourselves closing our ears to counsel we should be sure we are on the right side. We should seek the Lord and ask the Lord to soften our hearts where necessary.

In order to move from glory to glory, we need instruction. The Spirit of the Lord corrects us as well as guides us. It is up to us to listen.

Proverbs 13:18 (AMPC)
Poverty and shame come to him who refuses instruction and correction, but he who heeds reproof (correction) is honored.

We are not always right. Our way may not be the best, even when we think we have heard from the Lord. There may be additional instructions God has for us as we move through a process. We should stop to hear what the Lord is saying during each step.

1 Samuel 15:23 (NLT)
Rebellion is as sinful as witchcraft, and stubbornness as bad as worshiping idols.

Refusing to take correction is witchcraft. Stubbornness is worshipping ourselves and deciding to be lord over our lives instead of allowing the Most High God, King of the universe to be Lord over us.

Give yourself a break. It's ok to be wrong and it's ok to change your mind. Seek the Lord continually, especially as the details change.

Delay does not mean denied. Just lay down your pride and let God be your guide.

Be blessed and know that Jesus loves πŸ’ž you!

Today's Inspiration πŸŒžπŸ’ž☀️

How do we respond when insulted?

Proverbs 12:16 (NLT)
A fool is quick-tempered, but a wise person stays calm when insulted.

We should be wise in our responses and seek the Lord to stay calm.

Proverbs 12:18 (NLT)
Some people make cutting remarks, but the words of the wise bring healing.

Our words and actions should bring light and healing.

Be wise in the Lord. πŸ€“

Be blessed and know that Jesus loves πŸ’ž you!

Today's Inspiration ❤️πŸ€—πŸ˜

Are we producing fruit πŸ‰ or jealous of someone's loot πŸ‘€.

We are God's masterpiece. A masterpiece is a work of outstanding artistry, skill, and workmanship. It's an artist best work.

Ephesians 2:10 (NLT)
For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.

We should never find ourselves jealous or envious.

We are God's workmanship.
We were created by the Master Artist.
What God has for us cannot be birthed out of jealousy.

Proverbs 12:12 (NLT)
Thieves are jealous of each other’s loot, but the godly are well rooted and bear their own fruit.

We have our own fruit to bear. Jealousy causes us to want someone else's fruit. We are originals. We are new in Christ Jesus!

We can only walk in our purpose when we acknowledge we have one!

We must keep our eyes on Jesus for direction.

Be blessed and know that Jesus loves πŸ’žyou!

Today's Inspiration πŸ€—πŸ’ž
Upper Limit Faith

Everyone has been given a measure of faith. We all have an upper limit of faith. Our upper limit is usually tested during hard times. It usually presents itself when we encounter unfamiliar trials.

When Jesus was on the boat with the disciples and the boat encountered a terrible storm, the disciples hit their upper limit of faith.
They had faith in the storm. They even had faith when the boat began to take on water. It was when the boat was full of water and it began to sink that they hit their upper limit of faith.

Mark 4:37
And a furious storm of wind [of hurricane proportions] arose, and the waves kept beating into the boat, so that it was already filled.

When it appears that we are sinking and we have reached our upper limit of faith we need to watch our confessions. When the storms are raging and it appears we are going to die we must remember we are in God's hands and we must confess God's word.

Mark 4:38-40 (NLT)
Jesus was sleeping at the back of the boat with his head on a cushion. The disciples woke him up, shouting, “Teacher, don’t you care that we’re going to drown?”
When Jesus woke up, he rebuked the wind and said to the waves, “Silence! Be still!” Suddenly the wind stopped, and there was a great calm. Then he asked them, “Why are you afraid? Do you still have no faith?”

We have to watch our upper limit of faith. When we are tested we must remember to go to the Father with faith and not fear. Confess the word of the Lord always!

Confess:
God you said you would never leave me or forsake me. I am in need of your help today. Lord you said be strong and of good courage (Deut 31:6) please give me courage in this storm. Lord you said you would rebuke the devourer (Mal 3:11) for my sake. Lord I need you to rebuke the wind and silence the waves.

Trust God, He specializes in the impossible. Remember you cannot drown if you are on the same ship as the Lord. You are in His hands. Be strong and have faith in God.

Be blessed and know that Jesus loves πŸ’ž you!
Today's Inspiration πŸ€—πŸ˜πŸ’ž

Being humble before the Lord means always placing the Lord above our wants, needs, or desires. When we say yes to the Lord we place Jesus above our desires.

When we make plans we should always consult the Lord and remind ourselves we are fragile and have very little control over our lives. We should always remember God is in control and has the final say in our plans.

James 4:14-16 (NLT)
How do you know what your life will be like tomorrow? Your life is like the morning fog—it’s here a little while, then it’s gone. What you ought to say is, “If the Lord wants us to, we will live and do this or that.” Otherwise you are boasting about your own pretentious plans, and all such boasting is evil.

When making plans remember to place the Lord above your plans.

He is The Lord and should be Lord over our lives.

Be blessed and know that Jesus loves πŸ’ž you!
