Today's Inspiration Proud to Praise πŸ™ŒπŸ½πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ™ŒπŸΏ

Praising God is a privilege and an honor. We should feel blessed that we get to praise God Almighty.

When we look over our life and remember where God has brought us and where God is taking us we should rejoice in Him with a pure heart.

2 Samuel 6:14 (NIV)
Wearing a linen ephod, David was dancing before the Lord with all his might,

When was the last time we praised God Almighty, King if the Universe, Lover of our souls, Alpha and Omega, the one who blew breath in our bodies and sustains us daily with ALL OUR MIGHT?

David praised God to the point his wife was embarrassed.

2 Samuel 6:20 (NIV)
When David returned home to bless his household, Michal daughter of Saul came out to meet him and said, “How the king of Israel has distinguished himself today, going around half-naked in full view of the slave girls of his servants as any vulgar fellow would!”

When you know where God has brought you from you don't care who has an issue with your praise.

2 Samuel 6:21-22 (Message)
David replied to Michal, "In God's presence I'll dance all I want! He chose me over your father and the rest of our family and made me prince over God's people, over Israel. Oh yes, I'll dance to God's glory  —more recklessly even than this. And as far as I'm concerned . . . I'll gladly look like a fool . . . but among these maids you're so worried about, I'll be honored no end."

Are we willing to dance to God's glory? Are we willing to praise God will all our might? Do we remember where God has brought us from?

God dwells in our praise. God is seated in our praise. God is enthroned in our praise. Just visualize praising God and there He is instantly in the midst. That is why Michal could not understand David's praise. She had not been in the midst of God Almighty. Once you are in His midst you can't help but to continue to praise Him.

Psalms 22:3 (KJV)
But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel.

Inhabit means to live in our occupy. Jesus literally is enthroned on our praises. When we praise God, God comes and occupies that space. God puts his throne in the midst of our praise.
(Are you still reading or are you praising)

What type of praise will you give the Great I Am today? Will you despise praise because of tradition like Michal or will you praise God with all your Might like David?

The quickest way to get God's attention is to praise Him. Praise the Creator of the universe today with all your might!

Be blessed and know that Jesus πŸ’ž loves you!
